Which methods of payment do you accept?

Through our secure server, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, but we no longer accept PayPal payments.

Can I return my product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return any unopened, unused item for a full credit or refund.

You should return the item within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for items that
have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

We will provide free shipping if your return is a result of our error. Otherwise you should mail your item back using UPS/FedEx or registered mail. Please include a note detailing the reason for return. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 10 days.

Is my cardholder information kept private?

Yes. Please read the Authorize.net Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the privacy of your sensitive cardholder data.
